Stability: Is the product stable or is it apt to time-out, lock-up or force-close? (10 pts)

Help and Documentation: Does the developer provide adequate descriptions, help files, FAQ, or tutorials to help the user learn how to use the product, either online or within the interface? If so, how clear and understandable is this information?
Note: If the reviewer determines that users can fully utilize your product without reference material, this category is scored as not available. (5 points)

Customer support: This is rated based on the accessibility of your customer support information.

0 points the application or service doesn't provide any customer support.
1-2 points e-mail address or email form, clearly displayed in application or website.
3-4 points the developer returns helpful correspondence in a timely manner.
5 points forum, live chat, a telephone number, or some other form of technical support embedded into the program.

Features: These are supplied features that go above and beyond the intended use of the application. Intended functions are not considered unique. Example: If a wallpaper app offers 20 mobile wallpapers, that's the intended function of the software. If said app links up with a Flickr feed to pull in new wallpaper and offers rotating wallpaper for every day of the week, those are unique additional features and will be rated as such. (10 pts)

Relative Value: This is scored in terms of pricing compared to similar mobile services. (10 pts)

Interface: This item deals with the overall look and design of the application. Is it easy to navigate? Are the menus easily accessible and standard to the platform it's running on? (10 pts)

Ordering: Is the total purchase amount, including shipping and/or handling (if applicable), stated clearly before ordering? Is the ordering process easy? When applicable, can users easily upgrade from the lite or free version to the advanced paid product? Is the correct product or service delivered and does it work as described or depicted? (10 pts)

Comparison: Is the product in line with established industry standards for itís platform? Does it meet or exceed expectations? (10 pts)

Disabling and Uninstalling: Can the application or service be disabled or removed from the device easily? Does the product uninstall completely, leaving no traces or files behind? Where applicable and desirable, does it automatically reset the device to the manufacturerís default settings? (10 pts)

Overall satisfaction: By this point in the review, we've looked at everything, including your productís overall performance, ease-of-use and accuracy. With that in mind, the reviewer assigns up to 10 points based on his or her overall experience with the product or service and if they would recommend it to others.
